My whole family loves pizza! So, when Yellow Cab sent me the YOU DO YOUr Own Pizza Basic Kits, I was excited and immediately baked ’em! I got the Pepperoni and Ham and also the Cheese variants.
Yellow Cab recently made available these basic kits so you can enjoy a New York-style pizza at home.
Starting at P199, you can get a kit packed with staple ingredients that you need to create your own pizza masterpiece:
- A 9” chilled dough ball
- Pizza sauce
- Minced garlic and oregano
- Mozzarella
- Chili flakes
- Toppings based on your chosen variant: Pepperoni & Ham or Garlic & Cheese
You get all the listed ingredients above plus additional Pepperoni and Ham. You can actually add more ingredients like what I did such as olives and bell pepper bits.
The Cheese variant looked so plain when I opened the box, but once baked, it was exactly what we wanted in a cheese pizza! Plus, it’s Zee’s fave coz he doesn’t have to take out any ingredient he doesn’t like. But, it’s your choice, you can add other ingredients you like!
So, here’s what the pizzas looked like once baked. Not much effort coz the dough is already premixed as well as the secret pizza sauce of Yellow Cab. I also discovered that the combo of minced garlic and oregano made it taste like an Italian pizza hehe.
