Almost a thousand bakers, food lovers, suppliers, and enthusiasts attended the PURATOS Philippines 30th Anniversary at SMX Convention Center Aura. Different booths presented their products and it was quite a sight as there were sweets everywhere I turn, hahaha. PURATOS is an international reliable baking ingredients supplier and they’ve shared their technologies and solutions since 1919. In the country, they are currently celebrating their 30th anniversary.

The recent convention cum celebration allowed guests to get a taste of what Puratos Philippines can offer. I guess baking and bakeries are still a thriving business because a lot of people present were highly interested. Visitors tried one booth to another and for me, it was a great experience to see different takes on baking loaves of bread, cakes, decorative displays etc.
There were raffles and booth games as well as talks from well-known personalities like Melissa Ricks and Helga Krapf. They also did a fun baking demo with Chef Dirk De Vriendt and Thirdee Duran.
