If you haven’t checked out the Designers Holiday Bazaar at the Greenbelt 5 Gallery in Makati, it’s high time that you do so!
The brainchild of Bea Zobel Jr., this Christmas bazaar-for-a-cause aims to send graduating students from the Center of Excellence in Public Elementary Education (CENTEX) at APEC Schools so they can move up and hopefully finish high school.
Be mesmerized by awe-inspiring creations from featured designers which include Movement 8 co-founder and paper based innovation artist Tes Pasola; designer-entrepreneur Karen Santos, formerly of popular Kashieca and now of Kassa; traditional ethnic weaver Maricris Floirendo-Brias; traditional style designer Randy Viray of the famed Triboa Bay Living; entrepreneur and owner of Sorsogon’s Siama Resort and OMO furniture Ding Perez who is fascinated with indigenous products; environmentalist designer Milo Naval; and basket weave craftsman and First Binhi owner Renato Vidal.
Catch it until December 22 and help give kids from low-income families the gift of education this holiday season.
