CitiGlobal’s Tagaytay Clifton Resort Cypress Building to be completed by July

Real estate has been greatly affected in the last year and the economy is dwindling all around the globe. But, CitiGlobal Realty and Development’s Tagaytay Clifton Resort Cypress Building is in full swing and ready to be completed and turned over to unit owners this July.

An update posted by the United CitiGlobal Unit Owners showed construction developments are still in full swing despite challenges brought about by quarantine restrictions.

Structural works such as cement pouring has been done on the second floor of the building. Other installations such as plumbing, fire proofing, carpentry, and homeworks are also being done. With these developments, the project manager of the Cyrpress Building said they are on schedule to meet its July 2021 completion and turnover target.

The building’s project manager added construction activities are in full swing despite the limitations of the pandemic. This, while also ensuring the safety of their workers.

Apart from required PPEs onsite, CitiGlobal also requires its construction workers, engineers, architects etc to wear facemasks to prevent COVID-19 infection.

All workers also undergo temperature checking before going to the site as well as regular monitoring while onsite.

This is definitely great news amid the pandemic for both unit owners and CitiGlobal Realty & Development Inc., who despite ongoing challenges remain committed to delivering their promise to investors.
