Starting a negosyo is never easy—lalo na when capital feels like the biggest hurdle. Recognizing this, proudly Filipino brand Condura, under Concepcion Industrial Corporation (CIC), launched Condura Pangarappliances—an initiative designed to give aspiring entrepreneurs that much‑needed first step toward their dream business.
At its core, Pangarappliances is built on Condura’s belief that every Filipino deserves the chance to turn possibility into progress. This ties back to their purpose of “Buksan ang Posible para sa Bawat Pilipino” and their long‑standing commitment to supporting local businesses.

“Ang daming Pinoy may pangarap magsimula ng sarili nilang negosyo, pero ang hirap talaga magsimula. Condura Pangarappliances was created to turn that first dream into a real first step,” shared Robert G. Hechanova, Vice President for Marketing at Concepcion Durables, Inc. He added that negosyo isn’t just about earning—it’s about opening doors to a better future for families and communities.
For generations, entrepreneurship has been a lifeline for Filipino households. But limited capital often stops dreams from becoming reality. Pangarappliances bridges that gap—not just by providing appliances, but by recognizing the ambition behind every Filipino vision.

Here’s how it worked: aspiring business owners submitted a drawing of their dream negosyo as part of the down payment for selected Condura Negosyo appliances. Whether it was a sari‑sari store, frozen goods business, café, or food venture, participants got the chance to turn their sketches into something real.
The program rolled out in phases—starting with social awareness to encourage submissions, followed by registration and the actual drawing entries. It all came together in a recognition event at the Condura Experience Studio, where selected business owners finalized their appliance choices and prepared to kickstart their ventures.

To make things even lighter on the pocket, Condura subsidized part of the appliance cost. The remaining balance was made manageable through flexible payment options with Grab and Maya. This way, new negosyo owners could focus on growth without being weighed down by heavy financial strain.

But Pangarappliances is more than just appliances—it’s about giving Filipino entrepreneurs a partner who believes in their potential. As Hechanova emphasized, “We believe na mahalaga ang bawat pangarap ng isang Pilipino. We don’t want this dream to just stay on paper.” Condura itself started with a simple dream: to provide solutions for Filipino homes and businesses. Today, they’re paying it forward by helping others transform their own dreams into livelihoods.

With Pangarappliances, Condura has turned “balang araw” into “ngayon na”—moving Filipino dreams from sketches to actual businesses. Because every pangarap deserves a chance to begin.
