I’ve already tried several sushi bake variants from online sellers near me and way out there in the North of the Metro. It’s love at first bite! A bit spicy but tolerable and there’s also a hint of sweetness and saltiness. I’m telling you, my boys can’t stop eating this soft and creamy sushi bake, it’s honestly simot! hahaha
See that spoonful of delectable goodness! It’s what we call “siksik sa laman” and “hindi tinipid”! Worth your money! Every bite is heavenly! With seaweed or not, it’s really mouth-watering! We were only able to finish half of it coz it’s “madami”. Really best to eat once delivered but when I reheated it for dinner, still tasted the same.

Aburi Ebi, Scallop and Salmon Sushi Bake
See those huge amounts of Tobiko (orange toppings)? OMG, I had to control myself, hahaha. Just the top made me salivate because it’s crunchy, smoky, salty, and sweet! I love caviar but this is less expensive. I had to let my taste buds enjoy it first before eating the rest, hahaha
Same with the Crunchy California, the ingredients were not scrimped as seen in the photo. There are shrimp, scallop, and salmon bits which made it even tastier.
It’s actually a heavy meal and we’re really full and can’t move much coz we ate plenty hahaha. Again, since 1 order is a huge serving for a family of 4, there’s leftover for dinner.
By the way, we got both sushi bake at the same time but ate this Aburi the next day. Though it can be reheated, I was warned that the taste might be different. I tasted both sushi bakes already before I served it to my family, so I already know the initial taste before it was reheated. As for the Aburi, same with California, still tasted the same 🙂
