Bedtime Hacks to Sleep Better At Night

Getting quality sleep is easier said than done especially for people who are often exposed to stressful environments. According to Huffpost, stress is one of the major causes of brain hyperactivity which keeps us wide awake until the wee hours of the morning.

    Agree ako sa room temperature is 18 degree celcius. For me kasi napapasarap tulog ko nun kapag ganyan ang temp ng aircon nun sa kwarto ng tita ko. Pero wala na kami dun kaya ngayon fan na lang at madalas aburido ang kids dhil sa init ng panahon. At yung music laking tulong nya pampatulog sakin at sa kids. 😊😊
