My boys and I had the pleasure of trying out the newly opened Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory at Molito Alabang last December. We had so much fun tasting one delectable dessert after another and there are plenty more to try next time!
The dipped marshmallow bars were big enough for four so we took turns in biting and we got to taste em’ all. I’m telling you, these are must-try sweets and my fave was the S’mores!
We tried several other goodies such as the Caramel dipped apple, Mountain Toffee with Almonds & Milk, Red Velvet, and Hazelnut Truffle. Took home some goodies as well but unfortunately, the boys weren’t able to control themselves so no photos, lol
There are plenty of sweets to choose from and believe me, you’ll be overwhelmed with all the premium chocolates and signature beverages.
The new offerings include:
Signature Triple Chocolate Soft Serve – Decadent soft serve made with real chocolate on a crunchy chocolate waffle cone
Signature Chocolate Shots (available on weekends only) – Made with rich Rocky Mountain chocolate then filled with light cream and strawberry
Another must-try but don’t worry, it’s alcohol-free ๐
Chocolate Lava Cake and Brownie Ala Mode – both served with vanilla ice cream and a dollop of chocolate
Sandwiches and Pies – Puff pastries with sausage, chicken curry, chili con carne, or tuna toasted to perfection
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is all about the experience, from the distinct chocolate-filled window display to the cozy factory theme where you can best appreciate the shopโs hand-dipped caramel apples, freshly dipped bananas and cheesecakes, and larger-than-life chocolates. Perhaps this premium on experience and quality stems from the shopโs small-town origins in Durango, Colorado, then a quaint Victorian-era town set amidst a backdrop of majestic, snow-capped mountains, where people were defined by their commitment to good craft and quality.
Next time you’re in Alabang, do drop by at Molito Lifestyle Center and check out this chocolate haven!
