FoodPanda has already invaded the South of the Metro and I was lucky to be one of those who went on a food crawl last February. Dessert was the main feature for this particular #GoodFoodTourPh and boy, I got the sugar-high all night! Visited Bizu, Cold Stone and Paper Moon along with other food bloggers, all are located at Alabang Town Center.
First stop was Bizu with their VDay sweet offerings that you will surely love. I’m pretty sure these delectable sweets were sold out for that occasion!
Bizu Fresh Strawberry Chiboust Cake Php275/slice; Php1050/midi
Heart shaped classic French style cheesecake topped with seasonal strawberries and raspberry coulis. I love cheesecake and strawberries so this tops on my list. Not too sweet, and if you drizzle it with the raspberry, oh my, oh my, simply delicious!
This Bizu Pleasure Midi cake was the bomb and I’m pretty sure this was one of the most-sought after cake given by men to their lady-loves.

Then, we went for ice cream at the Cold Stone Creamery! I’m an ice cream person so I greatly enjoyed this portion especially when scoops of your fave flavor flies high and you have to catch it!
Cold Stone Creamery
You can choose a scoop or two of your fave flavors which are made fresh daily and have it in a plain or coated waffle bowls, top it off with their wide array of mix-ins like M&Ms, KitKat, marshmallows, roasted almonds, pecan nuts or white choco chips and you have a bowl of creamy, fresh and delicious ice cream!

Last stop was Paper Moon and it was my first time. Heard a lot of great things about this new dessert place to be and indeed held up to my expectations. Gosh, so many cakes and though I wasn’t able to get a bite of ’em all, I know they are to die for, lol!
Paper Moon Cake Boutique and Cafe
On the table are Original Mille Crepes such as Quezo Real, Ube and Strawberry, Red Velvet Mousse Cake, Strawberry Shortcake and Checkered Cake. Below are the cold beverages such as the Orange and Grapefruit Lemonades, Lemonade Iced Tea and the Frothy Ice Blended Americano. Way down are the Frozen Blended Mocha Jelly and Strawberry.
Paper Moon Cake Boutique and Cafe of Tokyo offers a fresh, distinctive slice of French specialty cakes and pastries created with meticuluous Asian skill that is disctinctly Japanese. It comes in sync with the growing sophistication of the Filipino palate as well as the increasing popularity and legitimacy of Asian skill in the international food arena.
