Langnese Honey Now in the Philippines!

I haven’t used table sugar in years, I think since I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes in 2007. After giving birth to my youngest, and the craving for coffee was at its peak, I adjusted my pref and got contented with either black coffee, with just cream, or those 3-in-1 sachets. The transition was kinda easy for me coz well, I got scared of the disease big time! Besides, processed sugar ain’t good for the body, so that made it all the more easier to avoid.

I then switched to using honey but found out that there were many fake ones sold in the groceries. I wasn’t sure anymore, so I stopped because I learned that it did me more harm than give good health benefits.

Alas, here comes Langnese Honey! It’s a popular brand in Germany and widely distributed in over 45 countries. I’ve heard about this particular honey from a friend who lives abroad, continuously raving about it and she has diabetes too.

Five (5) flavors were introduced – Acacia, Golden Clear, Black Forest, Wild Flower and Lavender.

Had dibs on the Langnese Bee Easy Acacia Honey while taking shots of the products and I honestly liked it! Unlike most honey I bought in the supermarket, these selections are of high quality and residue-free.

You can use the Acacia Honey for your breakfast cereals, teas and desserts. I will try it with coffee soon so I can finally ditch those 3 in 1 grocery bought sachets.
